West Sussex Economic Partnership is a business led partnership which works with both public and private sectors to help develop the competitiveness of the West Sussex economy.

Our aim: is to be a strategic body that speaks as the Voice of the Economy and acts as a bridge between policy development and the business community.

Our purpose: is to articulate the issues facing the West Sussex economy from a business viewpoint in order to influence planning and economic development to be more responsive to business needs.


Can the education system meet the needs of business better in the future? The relationship between the two has not always been easy as both have strong views about the way this can be achieved. Horsham Town Hall Petition - A PETITION to save Horsham's Old Town Hall has passed the 500 signature mark. Town trader and chairman of the Save Horsham Town campaign, David Brooks said the petition was started earlier this year, after Horsham District Council put forward the option of turning the historic Market Square building into a restaurant. Help Cut Food Waste - CRAFTY cooks can beat the credit crunch by taking part in the Love Food Hate Waste campaign being launched this month to reduce the amount of eco-damaging dinner table leftovers going to landfill. The campaign is being held by Better Tomorrows, the not for profit community interest company set up by West Sussex County Council to run waste prevention initiatives in West Sussex with district and borough councils.
